Today a very small child slipped away from their parents in the parking lot.Trish Akers drives our golf cart and was flagged down in the parking lot and told about the situation. Trish quickly alerted hospital security and then she started looking for the child.She was able to locate the child, which had already made its way behind a fence off of hospital property. Her prompt actions helped ensure the child's safety and prevented a potentially dangerous situation. We are grateful to have dedicated employees like Trish who go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of our patients and visitors.
