Pediatric Physical Therapy Rockstars

Tanglewood Pediatric Physical Therapy went above and beyond to provide excellent and timely care for our patient here in genetics. Our patient's family drove over two hours to come to our office. We were informed that our petite child was having considerable pain after sitting in her car seat after an hour. During her genetic's appointment, I walked down to the PT department and was greeted by a smiling face...Lucinda Kasey! She quickly got on the phone and made several calls to relay our concerns. Physical Therapist Melinda Isley was in clinic at Community Hospital but instead of asking this weary family to drive to her location, she got in her own car and drove to Tanglewood to meet the family and evaluate the car seat situation. I still get overwhelmed with gratitude just typing this out! Our family did not have to spend another day on a four hour round trip and our patient will soon be able to enjoy a comfortable ride to all of her appointments.
