MENTORS MAKE A DIFFERENCE

I want to take time to shout out Jacqueline Wagner of Parkview site location. Jacqueline is a mentor in our department, and she is a true inspiration through her openness to sharing her knowledge and compassion to helping others learn. She dedicates her time in ensuring new hires like me have the tools and knowledge; not only to grow and succeed in their roles as Patient Access Representatives, but to become a better version of themselves. She has been an advocate, role model, counselor, and advisor. I would not be where I am thus far in my Carilion training journey without her dedication and commitment. Jacqueline not only makes me proud to have her as a mentor, but Carilion should be very proud to have someone like her to represent the organization who keeps us learning and growing. Thank you, Jacqueline, for the difference you make to our team continuously through your compassion to teach others. We are grateful to have you. We appreciate you for all of who you are and all you do to support us in our department. We are blessed to have her.
