CNRVMC Guest Services Staff Committed to Helping Folks Every Day

I must brag on my CNRV Guest Services Team which includes; valet services, guest services, and gift shop staff!  These folks are committed; each day they come in ready to give our patients, visitors, and staff EXCELLENT customer service.  Every day they go the extra mile to help make the patient experience at CNRV the best.  Whether it be easing the parking situation by parking a visitors' car, picking out the perfect gift to be delivered to a patient room, being escorted to a loved one's room, or finding where an appointment might be, my staff is always happy to help.  I tell them every day how much I appreciate them.  If  you see them today, let them know how much you appreciate them as well.
