Guest Services Staff go the Extra Mile!
Guest Services Representative Tina Belcher goes the extra mile to help our patients and visitors anytime she can. Recently, a new volunteer lost her car in the Belleview parking garage. Unable to walk the garage looking for it, she called the main desk looking for assistance, where Tina answered the call.
Without a panic button on the volunteer’s key fob, Tina wrote down the license plate number and began the search! She walked the entire level 4 of the garage searching for the car. Having no luck, she proceeded to level 5, again no luck.
Finally, Tina found on level 3. She returned to level 4 where the volunteer was waiting and escorted the woman to her car.
In the words of the grateful volunteer, “She went way above and beyond, and I am so grateful.”
Tanglewood Guest Services Supervisor James Justus helps youth volunteers look their best for their interviews. A summer youth volunteer was recently scheduled for an interview at CRMH. Mom, who works in Pediatrics at Tanglewood, was in a bit of a panic when she realized that she couldn’t help her son tie his tie… and dad was out of town.
She decided to stop by Tanglewood in route to CRMH to seek James’ assistance. “James always wears a tie and looks so professional; I knew he could help.”
Thank you, James, for all the ways you assist our guests and employees!
