Excellence looks like 8MICU

Recent leader rounding in 8MICU and we saw excellence in action. Brie Keck showed us around the unit. We learned that despite being full with 12 very critically ill patients they had ZERO foley catheters in place. She showed us how this  unit tracks all important measures such as pressure ulcers, patient experience, falls, CAUTIs and several others. This unit is setting the pace for excellence at CMC.
