Congratulations to Dominique (Dee) White on winning the BEE Award!!

The BEE Award recognizes the extraordinary work of our ancillary staff.  CRMH ancillary staff contribute to the care plan to provide the best possible care to patients and their families.  Dee Wright, Patient Care Tech on 12 West PCU exemplies the best of our ancillary staff!!

I am reaching out regarding one of your tech's Dee - I would LOVE to nominate her for the B.E.E. Award!! 

I floated to 12W and she was my nursing tech assisting me. I want to highlight how she is an EXCELLENT patient care advocate providing care. Not only does she do her job, but she does it well with a positive attitude. I'm sure she thinks she's only doing her duties, however I've worked with many tech's and she stands out to me because she really takes charge and initiates care. Majority of my patients were total care needing Q2 hr turning and she helped me turn all my patients every 2 hrs and she took charge of that all night. I was so happy to have her help - any Q4 bladder scans she completed without me having to remind her. Whoever trained her, trained her well. Her attention to detail and her care makes a HUGE difference and I truly believe 12W has such a valuable person to take care of the patient population! Thank you Dee for making my job easier and of course providing exceptional care to our patients both those nights!! Dee is independent, attentive to detail, and has a positive attitude when it comes to patient care. When I was floated back to 12W the second shift in a row, I was thrilled to know that Dee was working with me!
