THANK YOU HEATHER DIVERS!

Heather is a fairly new UM team member but you would never know it by the quality of her work and her willingness to go above and beyond expectations. At the end of the workday yesterday Heather pushed forward to complete an Interqual review, send the case to our IPA when it failed to meet criteria, and then finished up by sending all the medical info to the payor-all done before the patient ever made it to my unit !  This rises above the call of duty and I wanted to say THANK YOU HEATHER and to say keep doing what you're doing; we are so happy to have you on our fabulous team!!!
