You Can Always Depend on CFMH's Maintenance Team!

I would like to recognize Glenn Hawkins and Dean Rakes from Maintenance. After working in the snow all night and all day, they still came to my rescue and potentially prevented a fire in Nursing Administration. My office suddenly started to smell like burnt electrical, so I called Dean Rakes, our Maintenance Supervisor. Before he arrived, I got Glenn who was outside my office shoveling snow. Even though Dean was preparing to leave, he immediately came to my office. They quickly identified the issue and turned off my heat - preventing a dangerous situation. Maintenance always shows up when we need them - whether it's fixing something, moving something, or helping us in moments of urgency. Their dedication and willingness to help truly makes a difference.
