Huge appreciation to our Carilion Direct Contact Center team for maintaining seamless operations throughout this week’s winter weather event. Despite the challenges, the team collectively handled more than 18,000 calls on Monday and Tuesday, ensuring our patients and community continued to receive the support they needed.
