Commitment: the smooth running of any organization depends on effective employees like Kirk and Timothy who accept the responsibility of carrying out the day in and day out actions needed to help employees achieve the company's set goals. Once again, thank you for your commitment to one of our Carilion best value: commitment, and for providing excellent service to every person coming to inquire about your services in nursing.

I am so grateful to Olinger, Kirk A. supported by Bowman Timothy for the immediate assistance with my computer access problem over the course of the past week.  As my cost centers and hours changed last week, some of my accesses were turned off “cleaned” inadvertently. Face with deadline and concerns of not being able to provide needed nursing outcomes, the nursing BRD, Kirk was notified about the situation. For less than a day after notification, I got back my laptop “restored” and received further advice on how to proceed in the future. I can’t stress enough how helpful, prompt, and effective Kirk and Tim were this past Friday.  

Once again, I am very grateful I want to let you know how much I appreciate the professionalism and leadership skills that you have shown in supporting me. Our organization and nursing are very fortunate to have Kirk as its BRD person.
