Tooth Fairy to the Rescue!

Imagine waking up and realizing your teeth are no longer in your mouth. That is what happened to our patient on 6S, unfortunately. Patient's partial was removed and then went into the lost world of Carilion. The patient made Brandon, PACU RN aware of the situation. Thank goodness for Brandon Bushnell, RN and the saving grace of Lisa Kaye, RN they went to the rescue. Upon digging and digging in numerous dirty linen bags in the Cath Lab, Lisa Kaye earned her tooth fairy wings and found the missing teeth. Brandon then delivered the goods back to the patient safely under his pillow and the whole 6S team was so grateful. So, thank you Lisa and Brandon for your hard work and dedication.
