Thank You to E&OD Clinical Education Team for Commitment to Education Excellence!

A huge thank-you to the E&OD Education Team of Senior Clinical Professional Development Facilitators Katrina Burda, Melanie David, Andrea Davis, and Allison Stclair and CPDFs from CNRV Sarah Chrisley, Jennifer Hunnings, Chelsea Martin, and Leah Olayvar for planning, organizing, and bringing to life the fantastic Education Days that were held at CNRV, Giles, and Tazewell earlier this month. These annual Education Day events provide mandatory competency validations, clinical updates, and general hospital-wide education. The entire education team collaborated with departments from these hospitals to present interactive skills sessions while engaging more than 500 employees from across the western region of Carilion. Thank you to all that participated and to the education team for your commitment to learning, teamwork, and excellent outcomes!
