Thank you Kasandra Jones!

We want to say Congratulations to Kasandra Jones - Dining Services Lead at CFMH! Kasandra is being presented with February's CFMH Great Catch Award for her attention to patient safety detail and action. Kasandra noticed that something wasn't right and took action to question it, when she noticed that the rooms for two ICU patients were assigned reversely in Epic as compared to their actual, physical location. This computer mix-up could have led to an error that could have reached the patient, but thankfully because of Kasandra's quick action it did not. Kasandra, we are so thankful for you and your attention to detail and commitment to safety! Thank you for all that you do for us and our patients!
