Thanks to the persistence of our Info Security and Health Analytics teams, remote team members within CAPS and HA now have much faster access to key vendor-provided data used frequently for quality measures and outcomes. It took 3 months of back and forth with the vendor to make this happen, but the productivity gain is well worth the effort since tasks that used to take hours will now be able to run in minutes.
