Shining Star, Haley Raville, RN

Haley Raville spent extra time contacting a patient who had been discharged who had left his AVS in the room. The patient had recently been diagnosed with a serious health issue, Hailey took the time to call him multiple times until she finally made contact to assure that the patient was 100% informed of his next actions. She could have easily disposed of the paperwork assuming the patient and wife knew what to do, but instead she stayed extra and put in the additional efforts to call until she could assure herself that the patient was completely taken care of. Her compassion and professionalism is a shining star to so many!!
