Sheena RN on 6W

I am an ED nurse and was trying to call 6W to give report upstairs on a patient who just got a clean room right at shift change at 1900. Most times when ED nurses have to give report during shift change, we get significant push back from staff but Sheena was a complete sweetheart. She let me know that the oncoming nurse was getting report from another staff member and offered to receive report for her, despite it being the end of her shift. She was extremely cheerful and positive during handoff and made report such a positive experience. She was an amazing team player in helping get patients from the ED up to the floor! Thank you!!
