Security card secure thanks to easy directions

As a new member of the Carilion Clinic family, I was required to visit the Security Office in Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital to pick up my security card. I visited CRMH this morning shortly after 10. I'm familiar with the hospital and while I had a general idea of where I needed to visit on the fifth floor, I wasn't completely sure about how to get there. Therefore, I stopped at the visitors desk to ask for directions. The two women at the desk at that time gave me clear directions on how to reach the Security Office in Five North. I made it to the Security Office without a single wrong turn and returned to thank them for their helpfulness to a new employee before I left the hospital lobby.

While I looked at the name tags of both women and shook their hands upon arrival, I regret I cannot remember their names. However, I hope they can be properly recognized for their kindness based on the time they were working. I didn't want their display of Commitment to go unrecognized.
