Santana has demonstrated a unprecedented level of grace and persistence in her continual pursuit of this license. She has endured a lengthy licensure process which included completing hands on training with patients during the COVID 19 pandemic amongst many other trials and tribulations. Santana is a trailblazer in becoming a Licensed Limited Radiologic Technologist and helped to create a better, more efficient process for others at Carilion wanting to pursue this license! Thank you to her Leader Brittney, who tirelessly supported and advocated for her entire time.
