Rookie of the Year
Congratulations to Sanskriti Chand from 7W for being selected as this years winner of "Rookie of the Year"!!!
| Recently, I worked with Sans where she worked with a complex patient and family situation. There was some concern that Sans should not have been given that patient since Sans is still a new nurse (less than a year). Sans was constantly in the room and very attentive to their need., She could barely sit down without a another need arising, Sans handled everything with such grace and patience, making sure the family was happy and the patient was well taken care of. She made sure the doctors came to speak with the family when they requested, and stayed on top of the care so that the family felt more at ease. While many were concerned that she should not have been given that assignment, Sans did an amazing job and should be praised for how well she handled it. |
