Patient Experience Super Stars

The Department of Surgery's Western Region Practice Director, Becky Fritz, MPH, and Section Chief, Charles Bissell, M.D., were selected to present at the recent Press Ganey National Client Conference in Orlando.  Their presentation to a large audience of Press Ganey clients from across the country described the development and implementation of a shared decision-making model between providers and patients in the Western Region practices.  This model has resulted in significant improvements in patient experience scores over the past couple of years.  Many thanks to Becky, Dr. Bissell, and the entire Western Region team for this accomplishment and for their continued commitment to providing our patients with an excellent experience!
