Outstanding Preceptor Award

On October 5th, The Nursing Center of Excellence awarded the Outstanding Preceptor Award to Angela Manning, CA.  Meg Scheaffel, CNO, and Kristin Crouse, Transition to Nursing Practice Director, presented her with the award alongside other nurse leaders.  Briana Sexton, CA, who submitted the nomination said if Angela "didn't know an answer to a question I had, she made a point to seek out the information for me."  Angela's commitment and compassion toward not only her patients, but also to her Carilion Clinic family, deserves to be recognized and celebrated.  Congratulations!
