Oustanding Achievement-Infection Control Team

After surveillance review,
It is with great pleasure to announce our greatest appreciation to the Infection Control Team who gave tremendous efforts to improve on our hospital HAI rates, collaborating as an interdisciplinary team.

For the first time since 2015, the team in Infection Control is happy to report for the month of November 2020 there are ZERO CLABIS's to report and ZERO CAUTI's at CRMH.


Thank you to the entire team for your commitment and invaluable contributions toward helping our patients and improving quality of care for the communities we serve.
