Not so Pleasant Experience to a Pleasant Experience

Just wanted to send out a Wow  to the the Surgical Staff and Patient Access at Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital. The compassion and  professionalism that the whole staff showed me on that day is greatly appreciated and this needs to be recognized. To Barbara and Karen in Patient Access to the Surgical Team, Dr Christina Barrett, Martin, Lisa, Shannon, Mary Jane and Melissa. I said Thank You You all have an amazing Team.
