Congratulations to Kathy Davis MSN, RN Nursing Practice and Clinical Integrations Manager, and Robin Woody MSN, RN Quality Nurse Specialist on their outstanding achievement becoming certified as A3 Certified Green Belts Lean Six Sigma. Professionals certified in Lean Six Sigma implement problem-solving frameworks to identify, analyze, and resolve process inefficiencies. Kathy and Robin selected  their Green Belt Project focus to improve quality and reduce patient pressure injuries. Their Green Belt Project Impact: Improved compliance of turning patients every 2 hours for patients with high risk for pressure injury.
