Neurosurgery Residents Shine at 2026 Winter Clinics for Cranial and Spinal Surgery!
We are proud to recognize two of our Neurosurgery residents for their outstanding achievement at the 2026 Winter Clinics for Cranial and Spinal Surgery, held February 22–26 in Snowmass (Aspen), Colorado.
Dr. Srijan “Sri” Adhikari (PGY7) and Dr. Abhishek “Abhi” Bhutada (PGY2) represented our program with excellence as they presented their research among leading clinicians and scientists in the field. Their hard work and dedication were further recognized as they earned a combined $750 in cash prizes for their presentations—an accomplishment that reflects both their individual commitment and the strength of our training program.
The photos shared from the event show our residents engaged in their work, presenting in professional conference settings, and connecting with colleagues and attendees. Their presence at this national meeting exemplifies the academic rigor, curiosity, and professionalism we value within our department.
We are incredibly proud of their contributions and the way they continue to elevate our institution’s reputation on a national stage. This achievement will also be highlighted in our program’s quarterly research newsletter.
Congratulations to Dr. Adhikari and Dr. Bhutada on this well‑earned recognition.
Your dedication, scholarship, and representation of our institution embody the spirit of excellence we strive for every day.
