Melissa Spoke and the SafeWatch Team Listened!

Melissa Wray, BSN, RN, CCRN at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital provided feedback to the SafeWatch team for improvements. She suggested we add Great Catch to the SafeWatch reporting system (See below). She also wanted to align the end of shift report with this new verbiage. We are happy to report that both of these changes were implemented last week. This helps standardize our platforms and align  reporting with our Great Catch campaign. It's staff members like Melissa that help us continuously improve SafeWatch and show our commitment to the organization's culture of safety.
