Longest Tenured Nurse CNRV- Terri Wright

Terri Wright was awarded our longest tenured nurse with Carilion Clinic. Terri’s peers recognize that her presence and dedication have been a constant source of strength and reliability throughout the years. Terry has devoted 46 years to this organization—years filled with early mornings, late evenings, long shifts, and the kind of unseen effort that keeps everything moving forward. In a role that demands patience, empathy, and endurance, she has consistently shown up with quiet determination and a deep commitment to those in her care. Her ability to face each day’s challenges—no matter how small or overwhelming, with grace and professionalism is truly inspiring. It is no small thing to spend a career making a difference, one patient at a time. Terri's loyalty and perseverance speak volumes. We are deeply grateful and proud of her.
