Kim Newman, CFMH, Helps Her Patients Even After Discharge!

Kim demonstrates commitment to our patients not only during their admission, but after discharge as well.  A patient was supposed to be discharged home on oxygen. When the patient discharged on Saturday a call to DME was not made and the O2 was not delivered.  Upon finding out on Monday that the patient was home without oxygen, Kim called and checked on the patient, followed up with the ordering provider, and the DME company to make sure the patient was taken care of. This is a great demonstration of our Value to Commitment!!
