Katrina Black, Fort Defiance

I want to acknowledge Katrina Black, from the Fort Defiance office.  Katrina is in the CCHM department and she and I worked together for several years, until I missed face to face interaction with people and I transferred to the front office staff, at Staunton Family Practice.  I chose to keep Staunton's A1C scorecard, which is normally done in the CCHM department.  Since I am kinda out of the loop with the CCHM department now, Katrina keeps meet updated with all of the changes pertaining to the Scorecard.  Anytime I have a question, I know she is my "go to person" here in the Shenandoah Valley.  She goes out of her way with a kind heart and I know this isn't just with me, its with anyone who ask anything of her.  She is such a inspiration and very deserving to me on the "WOW" wall.
