Jacob comes through again!

This isn't the first time that I've had the pleasure of working with Jacob Mack with Environmental Services. He always seems to be in the right place at the right time and always willing to help. Today we were involved in a very volatile and stressful situation involving multiple departments. We all had to work together to accomplish our goals of safety for all. Jacob heard me say that we needed to get EVS to quickly clean a room to put a patient in. I turned around and saw that it was Jacob that heard me. He is committed to his job and the work that he does. He truly wants the best for everyone and is an incredible team player. Great job again Jacob Mack!! Thank you for all you do.
