Jackie Wagner at Brambleton, Pre Registration

I had the privilege to interact with Jackie as a patient on 4/4/22, when she called to pre register me for a procedure. Jackie was polite, kind and compassionate as well as very professional in our interaction. Often times, the first contact a patient has is the secretaries, or HAA on the other end of the line and I am proud to say I work with someone who is displaying the values we have as Carilion employees. Often, front line workers, including those on the other end of the line with our patients are not recognized, and I want them to know we value them, we appreciate them, and we see them and the hard work they do for our patients every day. Thank you Jackie, for your exemplary service to our community and being a light in my day when I was not feeling well. You are appreciated!
