Jack of all Trades!

Alva Daniels went above and beyond his typical respiratory duties.  My patient was transported by the pediatric transport team to fluoroscopy in the patient's wheelchair.  Despite measuring, the patient's wheelchair did not fit in the fluoro tower.  Alva put on his tool belt and was able to remove the arm of the wheelchair in order to maintain the most optimal positioning for the patient to complete the study.  Without his help, my patient would not have the necessary positioning for feeding, which could have negatively changed the plan of treatment.
