Inpatient Psychiatry: Commitment, Community, & Compassion

Please join me in recognizing the excellent work of Inpatient Psychiatry staff working the acute admission unit. During their shift, they went from only 3 patients to a full census, even managing 3 admissions at once with their expertise. They exhibited amazing teamwork by working together flawlessly, and all had a very positive attitude while facing this challenge. They gave compassionate and individualized care to each patient and utilized their specialized skill sets to build rapport. They keep our units running and ensure care is provided to those that are often times rejected, judged, and feared. Thanks to all of you for your commitment to our patients!
