Imaging Vision Award Winner Matthew Johnston

Submitted by ksdotson on

We are excited to share our Imaging Vision Award Winner! Matthew Johnston, who serves as the second shift CTL at CNRV. Matt consistently demonstrates exceptional skill in managing the diverse situations that arise on second shift, especially across multiple modalities. However, what really stands out is the dedication Matt has shown in rearranging his schedule to provide one-on-one training for off shift staff on the new CT scanner.

This effort has had a tremendous impact on both education and confidence within our team. We've received several commendations from staff regarding Matt's tailored training sessions on the new CT scanner. The introduction of the new software platform was initially quite intimidating, but Matt was able to educate the team thoroughly and foster a positive outlook, resulting in a much smoother transition.

Matt has always shown a strong commitment to training new staff members, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable in their roles. Going above and beyond, Matt made it a priority to offer the team valuable opportunities to learn and grow with the new scanner, which has greatly helped to eliminate any potential delays in patient care.

Thank you, Matt, for your unwavering dedication and for making the growth and success of our team a priority. Your efforts have truly made a difference, and we are grateful for your leadership and commitment.
