ICU Strong - October Winners

October brought out more employee engagement and competition within the ICU Strong Campaign, with huge jumps in ICU Strong story submissions and quality points!    This was reflected in a handful of ties between units, as seen below: 

Overall ICU Strong Trophy/Banner Winner - 10MICU
Overall ICU Strong 2nd Place - 9MICU
Overall ICU Strong 3rd Place - NICU
Most ICU Strong Story Submissions - 10MICU
Most Great Catch/Near Miss Report Submissions - 9SICU 
Top Quality Points Earned - Tied between 4CST ICU, 8CST ICU, NICU, and PICU
Increased ICU Strong Story Submissions, September into October - 9CST ICU, 9SICU, NICU, and PICU

Members of the ICU Strong Work Group, in addition to members of upper leadership, went to each unit listed above and presented them with a certificate and major kudos, in addition to words of encouragement to keep up the amazing work!
