Happy Respiratory Care Week!

To my fellow RTs, thank you for all that you do for our patients and colleagues. You all are so appreciated for everything that you do!  Thank you for running from one end of the hospital to the other to help our patients breathe easier. Thank you for managing the ventilators and the bipaps and the heated high flows. Thank you for giving the nebulizers, suctioning, and getting the ABGs. Thank you for talking to patients and their families to explain things and put them at ease. Thank you for standing up for what is right and doing the very best to take care of your patients. You have such an amazing impact here! I admire each of you for all of your commitment, strength, and tenacity. I hope that you know that we value you not just this one week, but every day!
