Great on the spot help!

Dawn Wells was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain referral information that I needed to complete and close an encounter. She was open to all of my questions and quick to answer. She showed me how document and fill out specific areas in the referral that are necessary. She also explained the routing and flow of referrals through the system. Her details were specific and easy to understand. I am not a front office staff or a referral coordinator, so referrals are not something I have been trained to work on. She contacted additional help to answer questions that were outside of her expertise. She also shared her knowledge and helpful tips for assistance in the future. It was a pleasure working with her.
