Great Catch Stephanie!

Stephanie Fields was helping a patient and was reviewing her chart to make sure her records were entered and upon attempting to print the patient records she noticed that another patients records were entered in the patients chart. She called the office supervisor and had passed on to be handled. Great catch on noticing that there were wrong records in another patients chart!!!
