Great Catch #2 by Karen Tomlin with Med Rec

CRBH would like to recognize Pharmacy Technician, Karen Tomlin for another Great Catch!  While conducting Med Rec in the CRBH ED, Karen discovered that a patient was prescribed/taking Toprol XL 200mg and Toprol XL 100mg daily.  Karen called the patient's Cardiologist and determined that the patient should only be taking 200mg of Toprol XL.  She made the correction to the patient's medication list.  Great catch, AGAIN Karen!  Well-done.
