Going above and beyond to help out a patient!!

I would like to recognize CSJH police officers Jerry Dove and Jay Engstrom for their willingness to help out one of our patients in need.  This patient had been in our facility for the past few days and needed her cell phone, charger, and personal belongings from her home.  Her husband is unable to drive and there is no other family in the local area.  Officers Dove and Engstrom volunteered to go to the patient's home to pick up her belongings from her husband and then bring them to her hospital room.  These officers are a wonderful representation of Carilion's values!  Thank you!!
