Giles Engineering and Maintenance - Teamwork

I wanted to take a moment to share a wonderful example of teamwork and dedication that happened today. One of our providers experienced a tire blowout on their way to work, which could have been quite a stressful and time-consuming situation. However, our incredible facilities team didn't hesitate for a moment when asked if there was any way we could assist in getting their tire changed and car delivered to work.

In less than an hour, the facilities team (Dustin Trent and Jamie Burton) had the tire changed and the car delivered back to the provider at the family practice. This remarkable teamwork allowed the provider to focus entirely on their patients without worrying about their car and how to get it fixed and back home this evening.

A huge thank you to the Giles Maintenance team for their quick and efficient response. Your dedication and willingness to go above and beyond truly make a difference and highlight the supportive and collaborative environment we have here.
