Gilbert Davis and Cody Hodges - My Heroes!

I can't thank Gilbert Davis, CNRV Maintenance and Cody Hodges, TSC for coming to my rescue today.  I had placed several tickets with TSC last week because my mouse kept freezing up and TSC fixed it both times remotely.  Well this past Monday, 6/22 right in the middle of working on payroll my PC just froze up and wouldn't do anything.  I placed another ticket with TSC and was told that field services would be coming my way.  Field Services came and looked at my PC and said that it would be about Wednesday before it would be repaired because mine had crashed and that it would have to be rebuilt.  Well today, Gilbert took it upon himself to contact TSC and find out why my PC hasn't been fixed yet  and let them know that I was working off a shared computer with other staff.  It wasn't no more than 30 minutes that Cody came and installed a new computer for me.  I can't say THANK YOU enough to these two gentlemen.  I am now back in my office!!!!
