Gary Sacriponte-- fixing PCs like magic

Wanted to post a shoutout to Gary Sacriponte, the TSG guru for CASB.  My laptop started behaving erratically and wouldn't charge-- much less run while unplugged.  The whole point of a laptop is being able to work from place to place, right?  Gary diagnosed the issue with one glance at the battery report, but the manufacturer kept asking for more information, more diagnostics... he kept at it and gave them everything they needed twice over to do the warranty replacement quickly and efficiently; the factory sent a replacement battery, it arrived in the afternoon, and he had it installed and working properly within minutes.  Thanks for making me like this issue was top priority, and thanks for getting it fixed so quickly!
