Frankie the Scarecrow

Every year at about this time, Scarecrows show up throughout the Town of Rocky Mount. They have been known to show up at Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital as well. They are all friendly and add quite a neat touch to our beautiful Town. They also give good reason to take a walk or drive through town to see the many creative scarecrows that almost every business creates. 

This year, with the help of our enrichment committee members, Betty Underwood, Brenda Hodges, Kim Robertson, Jenny Gilman, Lisa Mitchell and Lacy Mathias, Frankie the Scarecrow showed up at the corner of our parking lot. 

Participating in community events is a highlight and a great way to show our support to our communities. At CFMH, we are very proud of our town that we reside and work in.
