Food Drive Fortune

Thank you for participating in the recent Feeding Southwest Virginia (FSWVA) Food Drive to ensure that our community has enough food to support their health and wellbeing. Together, partners Delta Dental, Freedom First and Carilion Clinic employees collected 2,000 pounds of food! Our teams in the New River Valley, Tazewell and Franklin County added another 289 food item donations to other local food pantries. We appreciate your generosity toward the communities we serve.

In addition, we’re pleased to join our partners to offer a $10,000 donation to support FSWVA’s work to address food insecurity.

Congratulations to the Carilion Human Resources team located at 1212 Third Street, Roanoke,  for collecting the most food per department, totaling 206 food items! Community Health and Outreach will be in touch to deliver participant prizes.
