Excellence in serving our guests!

Susan Beasley, Gift Shop Rep at CRMH, does an outstanding job serving our patients and their guests and our staff who come into the Gift Shop.  So it was not surprising when we received a letter of gratitude for the exceptional service Susan provided a family member of one of our patients.  The customer wrote "Her attention to detail (looking up what had already been sent to the room) and willingness to suggest other gifts that would be beneficial were nothing short of incredible.  Her professionalism and genuine care have undoubtedly left a positive impact on everyone she touches."     We couldn't agree more.  Thank you Susan, for the exemplary care you deliver to our patients, guests and hospital staff each day!
