Erin Cunningham (and many others) is changing work shifts, working long hours, and going above and beyond to do what they can to assist with staffing challenges throughout Patient Access and it is very appreciated! It is amazing to see a Team Lead support her Team- and additional areas with such dedication! You make me proud- and Carilion is lucky to have you! Thank you for ALL you do!
