Dr. Glen Mayhew Elected President of the CAAHEP Board of Directors

Congratulations to Dr. Glen Mayhew on being elected the President of Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) Board of Directors.

Dr. Mayhew is Jefferson College of Health Science's Dean for Institutional Effectiveness and the  Chair of Rehabilitation & Wellness.

CAAHEP is the largest programmatic accreditor of health science professions, overseeing more than 2,200 programs in all 50 states. The organization represents 33 different health professions.

Dr. Mayhew was elected at the May 17, 2019 business meeting, and his term starts on July 1, 2019. This will be his fourth year on the Board for CAAHEP.
