Daisy Award Winner - CFMH - Phyllis Dalton, RN - December 2023

During the patient's time at CFMH, they were attended to by Phyllis.

She took care of the patient's every need, and in a professional
yet personable manner. She answered all their
questions, always knocked before opening the door
to my room, and gave me 100% of her attention.
Phyllis convinced the patient that she was knowledgeable
about her job, and felt that they were receiving the best
care that they could get. Per the patient, Phyllis deserves

to be recognized with the DAISY award for her outstanding service.
Upon discharge Phyllis walked the patient outside the
entrance and bid them farewell. Although they were glad
to be going home, they felt a little sad to be leaving their
new friend!
